JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the team responsible for digital web analytics and customer experience.
• Develop strategy around digital web analytics and customer experience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve overall strategic and operational performance.
• Create an analytics culture to drive data-driven strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Develop global data models and storytelling, supporting local BU teams in digital analytics.
• Develop and deliver training on analytics solutions to support business strategies.
• Identify, address, and resolve data-related issues effectively.

• Sr. Applications Coordinator (1)
• Consultant (1)
• Contingent Worker (1)

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Master of Science degree in Marketing Research, Information Technology, or a related field, plus:

• 9 years of experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and SEO within a large global organization ($5B+ revenue);
• 9 years of experience with data visualization tools such as SAP Cloud Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau;
• 9 years of SQL experience;
• 9 years of experience applying Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts;
• 9 years of experience with SAP landscape tools (e.g., SAP BW, HANA Modeling);
• 9 years managing and delivering BI/Web Analytics projects;
• 9 years applying analytics skills including predictive modeling;
• 9 years managing global projects;
• At least 5 years of experience with two or more public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Note: Experience may be gained concurrently.

• Work from home available; residence within commuting distance of Kennesaw, GA required.
• Approximately 25% travel to domestic locations.
