Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is seeking a Senior Manager within Data Center Platform Engineering to build and lead a customer-facing debug team responsible for server and rack-level HW/FW debug during bring-up and early deployment, extending support through ODM factory builds.

The role sets technical direction, develops talent, and collaborates with global teams. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage escalations, and ensure deployments stay on track, with a focus on quality,

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; master's preferred.
Recent years of leadership of customer-facing technical teams and mentoring experience.

Responsabilidades

Build, lead, and mentor a team of customer-facing debug engineers covering server and rack-level HW/FW debug across deployment and NPI.
Drive debug of platform bring-up, fleet anomalies, and early field failures at customer sites; push issues to root cause and feed learnings back into design and manufacturing.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex server/rack debug and own customer-facing messaging through closure.
