Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing engineering teams in data center, GPU, cloud, or HPC environments.
• Deep hands-on server/rack-level hardware and firmware debug experience across pre- and post-silicon.
• Familiar with hardware bring-up, validation, manufacturing, and EVT/DVT/PVT to volume production.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage escalations without direct authority.
• Experience supporting large-scale deployments with global ODM partners and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of customer-facing debug engineers spanning server and rack-level HW/FW debug.
• Lead platform bring-up debugging, fleet anomalies, and early field failures at customer sites; drive root cause actions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex server/rack debug; coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Own debug status tracking and roll-up updates for leadership teams.
• Support HW/FW failure triage during ODM factory build and EVT/DVT/PVT gates.
• Coordinate debug across design, validation, product engineering, firmware, and FA teams; align with deployment schedules.
• Prioritize scarce hardware across escalations and enable effective remote debugging.
