Lindt & Sprüngli USA is seeking a Senior Manager Customer Care to lead the Customer Service and EDI teams, partnering with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Transportation and Finance to elevate service levels and supply chain excellence.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day order activity, drive process improvements, and coordinate joint initiatives with key distributors and strategic partners to meet route-to-market expectations and improve customer profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6-10 years in role; 5+ years leadership preferred
• Knowledgeable of order-to-cash in CPG
• Planning, distribution and transportation experience a plus
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Supply chain cost modeling and analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead response to customer expectations and oversee Customer Service and EDI teams
• Collaborate with Sales to improve compliance with supply chain policies and logistics terms
• Identify and implement joint productivity initiatives with customers to realize mutual savings
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for Sales and route-to-market programs
• Manage Lindt EDI network compliance and daily error resolution
