CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the evolution of our Customer Success analytics and support analytics engine. You will turn complex data into business insights, influence global strategy, and align architecture across Sales, Marketing, and Product in a large-scale B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI or analytics with CS domain expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, CLV).
• Strong data architecture and engineering oversight (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Proficiency in SQL and enterprise BI tools (Tableau, CRM Analytics).
• Executive storytelling and VP-level influence in decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the global CS analytics roadmap to optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
• Architect health/adoption frameworks to mitigate churn and drive expansion opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic partner to VP level leadership translating data into actionable narratives.
• Provide strategic oversight of data architecture and systems integration for post-sales reporting.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team enhancing data literacy and self-service.
• Drive adoption of self-serve analytics tools including Tableau dashboards and improve data literacy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align KPIs and standardize metrics across Sales, Product, and Support.
