Job summary

Partner Company in the United States is seeking an Accounting Senior Manager to lead cryptocurrency accounting operations, overseeing month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting. You will develop policies and internal controls for digital assets and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

This role combines hands-on accounting ownership with strategic guidance on complex transactions, regulatory reporting, and process improvements for a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in public and corporate settings.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience leading month-end and quarterly close and external audits.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, or complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital assets accounting and reporting, including month-end/quarter-end close and reconciliations.
• Lead external audits and regulatory support with auditors and internal teams.
• Provide technical accounting research and memoranda on complex transactions and new products.
