Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Cross Delivery Unit, Business Operations Communications, to be located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ, or Spring House, PA. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and collaboration across Global Development R&D and BGIA Strategy & Operations Communications.

You will connect business priorities with communications plans, support Delivery Unit Heads, and enable leadership engagement, organizational change, and employee listening.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in communications, ops, or similar, preferably pharma.
• Translate complex information into clear leader-ready content.
• Strong written and verbal communication; inclusive leadership.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; tech-savvy and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated business operations communication plans with Cross-DU leaders.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to Delivery Unit Heads and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate needs into integrated plans.
• Align Delivery Units by connecting priorities and coordinating messaging and engagement.
• Translate complex priorities into clear, actionable content for leaders and employees.
• Create high-quality content across channels (articles, newsletters, town halls, memos, Slack, video scripts).
• Prepare messaging and talking points for leadership alignment and priority reinforcement.
• Coordinate communications for cross-DU initiatives.
• Support adoption of unified frameworks and scalable practices, including change and listening initiatives.
• Plan and deliver cross-DU town halls and leadership forums to strengthen alignment.
• Establish metrics and feedback to measure effectiveness.
