Positions are located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York, following a hybrid work model to promote collaboration.

Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the U.S. at the time of hire. This role is ineligible for Visa sponsorship.

Overall Purpose

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Corporate Reputation will support business initiatives through strategic management of thought leadership initiatives focused on company reputation. This includes developing enterprise-wide narratives, managing thought leadership programs, event amplification, partnerships, and campaign execution. The role requires a self-starter who can manage complex initiatives independently while collaborating across teams.

Essential Functions
  1. Develop enterprise-wide narratives and messages aligned with marketing goals, in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  2. Identify and lead bold strategies showcasing the company’s expertise, insights, innovations, and impact through campaigns, partnerships, industry collaborations, and external engagements.
  3. Own the thought leadership calendar and create engaging content such as articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, and social media posts for EWS and executives.
  4. Build strategies to maximize the value of thought leadership content and corporate-sponsored events, including content creation and amplification opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to build and execute pilot programs for executive thought leadership, developing scalable content strategies.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including legal, finance, product, sales, and leadership.
  7. Analyze industry insights and marketing best practices, and review the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to optimize outcomes.
  8. Support risk management and data confidentiality commitments.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  3. Strong writing, messaging, editing, and storytelling skills.
  4. Ability to influence stakeholders and work across functions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience managing multiple projects independently, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  6. Background check and drug screening required.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience managing senior relationships and executing marketing programs for partnerships and enterprise initiatives.
  2. Financial services or fintech marketing experience.
  3. Data analysis skills and superior copywriting and presentation skills.
Physical Requirements

Standard office environment; primarily sedentary work with extensive computer use. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and communicate effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary in NYC is $140,000 - $160,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and more.
