Evalueserve, Inc. in New York City is seeking an experienced analytics professional for Corporate Investment Banking. The role focuses on operational oversight, AI-enabled workflow improvements, and scalable work products across client projects.

You will collaborate with research and internal stakeholders to implement automation using UIPath, Python, GPT, Claude, and related tools to enhance delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate/MBA in Finance.
• 5–10 years in Investment Banking.
• Experience with VBA, UIPATH, Power Automate, Python.
• Experience using AI platforms to drive efficiencies.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, GPT, SharePoint Online, AI Builder, SAP, SQL, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of team utilization and capacity planning.
• Implement strategic evolution roadmap for Analyst workflows with AI platforms.
• Partner with Research teams to develop scalable new work products using AI and automation.
• Support Leadership in analytics initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Expand books of work: Pitchbook/Presentations, Financial Modeling, Dashboards.
• Measure service effectiveness and report metrics to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to gather and synthesize information from clients.
• Serve as SME for functional area and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operationaloversight of team utilization, ensuring efficient distribution of work,preventing backlogs and forecasting capacity based on ongoing projects andanticipated demand
• Implement strategicevolution roadmap for supporting Analyst workflows by incorporating AIplatforms and building agents/tools to transform delivery of business-readyproducts such as profiles, sector overview slides, newsletters etc.
• Partner with Research teamsand internal stakeholders to ideate and develop scalable new work productsusing AI-based platforms and automation tools such as UIPath, Python, GPT,Claude, etc.
• Support Leadership todetermine Analytics initiatives and business development opportunities
• Expand and enhance currentbooks of work, including Pitchbook/Presentations Integration, FinancialModeling/Valuation, Dashboards, etc.
• Measure the effectiveness ofthe service, developing key metrics and performance indicators, and reportregularly to Leadership and business partners on efficiencies gained and areasfor continued growth
• Identify and leverageopportunities to support information gathering and synthesis from new andexisting clients.
• Serve as a subject matterexpert for your functional area, proposing and implementingimprovements/changes

Core Competencies

• Relevant experience in multi-sectorinformation research, specialized sector research role or relatable experiencein financial services.
• Strongbusiness/Finance/accounting acumen, understanding of financial modeling, ratiosetc.
• Client-focused with abilityto anticipate needs, address clients’ expectations, effectively managepriorities and cooperate to achieve objectives.
• Strong oral and writtencommunication skills, able to synthesize large volumes of information andclearly articulate complex ideas.
• Technical know-how inMicrosoft Office Suite, specifically advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm, aptitude, andorganizational skills, with a willingness to learn.

Required Qualifications

• PostGraduation/ MBA in Finance domain
• 5 - 10 years of relevantexperience in Investment Banking domain
• Experienceof VBA, UIPATH, Power Automate, Python or other automation tools.
• Experienceof using AI-based platforms to drive efficiencies in workflows at scale
• Hands-onexperience of using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, GPT,SharePoint Online, AI Builder, and enterprise integrations such as SAP, SQL,and REST APIs to transform information workflows.
