Position: Senior Corporate Finance Manager

This role will serve as the CFO’s right hand, participating in executive-level meetings and taking ownership of financial reporting to investors, lenders, and the board of directors.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Manager of Corporate Finance to join our Finance team. This individual will be a key business partner in driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic decision support, capital allocation, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook to the investment community. This role works closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure transparency and alignment with the company’s vision while maintaining strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning.
• Prepare board materials, investor presentations, and executive-level reporting.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, presentations, Q&A documents, and earnings releases.
• Draft investor-facing communication such as press releases, shareholder letters, fact sheets, and investor decks.
• Respond to inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and potential investors with accurate, timely information.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to support scenario analysis and investment decisions.
