Senior Finance Manager (Remote, French Speaking) full time

Role:
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Digitsolutions, you will own and lead all financial, legal, and administrative operations across our global structure. You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in bringing clarity, compliance, and control to a fast-growing business operating across borders and currencies. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build a robust finance department from the ground up, collaborating directly with founders, shaping business strategy, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Core Responsibilities
1. Administrative Structure & Team Management
- Organize and lead a lean but high-performing international admin team (finance, back office, legal)
- Establish a reliable and scalable process across all entities for administration and billing
- Audit existing tools and spreadsheets, and drive retooling or system upgrades if needed
- Implement strong internal flows between finance, operations, and legal.
2. Accounting & Closures
- Supervise monthly bookkeeping (invoices, receipts, expense reports)
- Oversee monthly bookkeeping (invoices, receipts, reports)
- Manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, including crypto (USDT, USD, AED, EUR, etc)
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and bank reconciliations (UAE, US, HK, EU)
- Ensure accurate client invoicing and track renewals and payment schedules
- Oversee cash collection and proactively follow up on late payments
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure finance syncs with contract terms
4. Treasury & Cash Management
- Maintain a rolling 3/6/12-month cash forecast
- Optimize liquidity across bank accounts in UAE, US, EU, and crypto wallets
- Manage FX operations (USD/AED/EUR/USDT) and internal arbitrage opportunities
- Define and track critical liquidity thresholds and alerts
- Deploy payment cards and expense rules for internal teams if needed
- Audit all existing financial tools (ERP, invoicing systems, dashboards) and lead the improvement roadmap
- Ensure tools are fit-for-scale and integrated with reporting needs
- Ensure full tax compliance across all jurisdictions (UAE, US, HK, etc.)
- Maintain legal documentation: contracts, shareholder agreements, lease documents, etc.
- Partner with legal counsel and advisors when required
7. HR & Payroll
- Oversee global payroll (internal employees, freelancers, offshore contractors), on-time
- Track employment status and legal compliance by country
- Define and enforce internal expense and payment policies
- Deliver clear, actionable monthly reports to the executive team
- Own the creation and maintenance of all financial dashboards & KPIs
- Conduct variance analysis, support strategic decisions with real-time data
Profile:
- 3–5 years minimum in financial leadership, including experience in a startup/scale-up or international group
- Strong track record managing administrative and financial teams
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, CRMs, ERPs, and SaaS finance tools
- Solid understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity finance
- Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and confident with executive-level reporting
- Fluent in professional English (spoken & written)
