Job summary

ADM is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Communications, Corporate in Chicago or Decatur, IL. This exempt, full-time role partners with enterprise leaders to translate business priorities into integrated communications that drive understanding and action.

You will provide senior counsel, develop and execute plans, and measure impact using audience insights. The role requires a versatile, globally oriented communications professional who can lead with strategy and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of corporate/employee/internal communications experience.
• Ability to translate business priorities into proactive comms strategies.
• Proven ability to develop strategies and execute plans from concept to delivery.
• Advising senior executives and influencing decision-making.
• Experience leading global communications initiatives.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging and engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand objectives and deliver solutions.
• Develop executive-ready communications and strategic materials for senior audiences.
• Support enterprise priorities across corporate functions and businesses.
• Create and deliver executive messaging, emails, intranet content, talking points, and updates.
• Lead communications support for meetings, town halls, events and leadership activities.
• Support change initiatives through proactive planning and execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies to align priorities.
• Use measurement and insights to refine strategies and recommendations.
• Improve communications processes, templates and best practices across Global Communications.
