Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate communications, executive communications, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience building and managing integrated communications programs end-to-end.
• Strong project and program management with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Budget and vendor management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Communications Programs team, set priorities, coach staff, and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Own the Corporate Communications editorial calendar, planning process, and content pipeline across channels.
• Develop and manage integrated communications programs, project plans, production schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as senior writer/editor for executive communications, thought leadership, speeches, and branded content.
• Partner with VPs and cross-functional teams to maximize reach and impact of programs.
• Lead sustainability communications, including annual Sustainability Report and related activities.
• Set measurable goals, monitor performance, and apply insights to improve impact.
• Advise stakeholders across functions while ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Maintain attendance, participate in meetings, and communicate effectively.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
