Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software engineering and 2+ years of people leadership, with deep experience in production infrastructure, cloud platforms, or distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of managing engineers.
• Strong technical background in production infrastructure, cloud platforms, or distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed Core Infrastructure team.
• Own technical strategy and translate it into an integrated roadmap across infrastructure domains.
• Improve operational health through capacity management, observability, and sustainable on-call practices.
