Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Test Infrastructure and Quality Engineering organization. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineering managers, software engineers, and quality engineers to advance testing, automation, and product validation across the Connected Operations Cloud.

You will establish quality strategy, set measurable outcomes, and drive a shift-left approach, embedding quality in architecture and development across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering or quality engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing managers and senior ICs.
• Track record of building and scaling shared test infrastructure or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an organization of engineering managers, software engineers, and quality engineers.
• Define vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for quality engineering and shared testing platforms.
• Build scalable, self-service test infrastructure and CI/CD integrations used by multiple teams.
