Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking an engineering leader to manage a team delivering scalable distributed systems at our Nashville on-site location. You will standardize engineering practices, drive high-throughput workloads, and guide design for fault-tolerance and recoverability.

You will oversee KPIs, telemetry, and complex dashboards, and lead incident management, encryption practices, and IaC initiatives to enable safe patching and rollbacks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering scalable distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of reliability, availability, and durability targets (SLOs/SLIs).
• Proven incident management and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of distributed systems across teams and ensure scalability.
• Define and enforce reliability targets and resiliency mechanisms.
• Drive proactive incident management, on-call coverage, and post-incident improvements.
• Oversee KPIs, telemetry, and dashboards; ensure safe patching and change management.
