DIA seeks a Manager Learning & Continuing Education to ensure CE activities comply with ACPE, IACET, PMI, ACCME, and ANCC standards. You will lead accreditation processes, manage certificate programs, and collaborate with faculty to deliver high‑quality CE for healthcare professionals.

Based in Washington DC, this role oversees policy, course materials, disclosures, COI reviews, and data reporting. A Bachelor’s in science education or related field and 5+ years in CE are preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters and knowledge of CE accreditation standards is preferred.
• Experience with ACPE, IACET, ACCME and PMI guidelines required.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead accreditation applications and site visits for CE programs.
• Determine credit assignment and manage certificate programs.
• Review materials for measurable objectives and fair balance.
• Oversee COI disclosures and data reporting for CE activities.
• Collaborate with faculty and partners to improve CE offerings.
