You’ll oversee the editorial framework from the blog to the website, aligning with PMM, SEO, Design, Brand, and Demand Gen to fuel integrated marketing motions and ensure GTM moments land with compelling content.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in content strategy for a B2B SaaS company, a strong writing portfolio, and sharp
Slack needs a content lead who can connect the dots: from what we say, to how it shows up across digital touchpoints (on the web, in campaigns, on social, and more), to whether it’s actually working. This role is that connective tissue.
As Senior Manager, Content & Digital Presence, you’ll research, write, and develop Slack’s thought leadership content: the articles, reports, and narratives that shape how the market thinks about the future of work. You’ll also hold the editorial framework across our digital presence, ensuring narrative cohesion from the blog to the website to campaign content. You’ll report to the Director of Content Strategy and work closely with PMM, SEO, Design, Brand, and Demand Gen to fuel integrated marketing motions and ensure GTM moments land with the right content behind them.
The best candidate is an exceptional storyteller who can translate complex strategic narratives into content that resonates across audiences, travels across formats and channels, and makes even the most complex launches feel clear and connected.
This role sits where narrative, digital, and GTM meet. If you’re a writer and editor who wants to shape how Slack sounds everywhere it shows up, this is it.
