Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Senior Manager, NA R&D – Consumer Experience, to lead a team of scientists and deliver consumer-driven product experiences across Food, Beverage, and Snacks. You will translate consumer needs into design requirements, run learning plans, and guide concept validation with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced NAZ environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Science (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Design) or Consumer Psychology disciplines.
• Minimum 8+ years with Bachelor’s or 7+ years with Master’s or 6+ years with PhD.
• Experience in consumer research, UX design, product innovation or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to translate consumer learning into product and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Consumer Experience team.
• Translate consumer needs into product and experience requirements.
• Design and execute consumer learning plans for renovation and innovation.
• Partner with R&D, Brand, Innovation, and Sensory teams to guide concept validation.
• Build and deploy consumer models and tools for product development.
