Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Manager, Consolidations to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple subsidiaries. You will prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP, manage intercompany eliminations and currency translation, and work closely with external auditors.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and analytical skills, with extensive experience in consolidations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated close processes for multiple subsidiaries and business units.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments.
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and reporting enhancements.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and related reporting packages.
