The Senior Manager, Consolidations will support the global monthly close process, including the consolidation of financial statements, elimination of intercompany balances, and compliance with U.S. GAAP ("GAAP"). This role will partner closely with the Financial Reporting and Analysis team to prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and related reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows.
This position will work directly with external auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audits and will assist with the implementation and enhancement of accounting ERP systems. The role will also help manage the close process by coordinating deadlines, communicating close status across the finance organization, and monitoring key metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
Additional responsibilities may include supporting acquisition due diligence and purchase accounting, research technical accounting matters, and preparing technical accounting memos. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial reporting, including business combinations, foreign currency accounting, intercompany accounting, and consolidations.
The Senior Manager, Consolidations should have deep knowledge of GAAP, strong project management and organizational skills, the ability to assess and document technical accounting issues, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. This individual must also be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by CoStar's continued growth through organic expansion and acquisitions.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
Base Compensation: 152,000.00 - 206,000.00 USD Annual
