Our Senior Manager, Compliance & Operational Risk Enablement provides subject matter expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of assigned projects from business case development through execution. Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals.
The role includes responsibilities such as strategic planning, market positioning, business development, stakeholder management, compliance, risk assessment, and project execution. The candidate should have extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and regulatory requirements, with excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
Salary : $110,000.00 - $204,100.00
Pay Type: Salaried
