Our Senior Manager, Compliance & Operational Risk Enablement provides subject matter expertise in the design, development, management, and implementation of assigned projects from business case development through execution. Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program business results in alignment with overall group goals.

The role includes responsibilities such as strategic planning, market positioning, business development, stakeholder management, compliance, risk assessment, and project execution. The candidate should have extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and regulatory requirements, with excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology, process analysis, testing strategies, and risk/regulatory requirements.
• Experience with process and project management; familiarity with MS Access is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, influence, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.

Salary : $110,000.00 - $204,100.00

Pay Type: Salaried
