The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

As a Senior Manager, Compensation Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving Moloco’s global compensation strategy to attract, retain, and reward top talent. Your work will directly influence equitable and competitive pay practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with Moloco’s growth and people-first philosophy.

The Opportunity:

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of compensation program & policy design, in alignment with compensation strategy
  • Support the implementation and administration of ongoing employee compensation programs, including analyzing data and providing guidance to key stakeholders on pay recommendations
  • Conduct market studies and analysis to stay up-to-date with emerging trends, and to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with Moloco’s compensation philosophy
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs, and model the potential impact of alternatives and future program changes
  • Partner with business leaders, People Partners, and Recruiting to effectively secure, recognize, and retain top talent, while ensuring governance
  • Develop and deliver training to educate leaders, partners, and employees on compensation philosophy, programs, and policies
  • Collaborate with People Partners and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain job descriptions, job evaluation processes, and salary structures
  • Work cross-functionally across the org, including Finance, Stock Admin, Legal, HR Tech, and others, as needed on a variety of compensation-related matters

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 7+ years of experience in global compensation management, including partnership-oriented roles
  • Experience in a wide array of compensation-related areas, such as job evaluation, market pricing, and program administration (ideally in a Tech company environment)
  • Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations, and market trends
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze complex problems and draw conclusions from data
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and strong data visualization skills
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and communicate with all levels of employees
  • Awareness of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:

$174,400 - $261,600 USD
