The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: As a Senior Manager, Compensation Business Partner, you will shape and evolve Moloco’s global compensation strategy, ensuring equitable and competitive pay practices aligned with our growth and people-first philosophy.

The Opportunity:

  • Contribute to the development of compensation programs and policies.
  • Support the implementation and administration of employee compensation programs, analyzing data and advising stakeholders.
  • Conduct market studies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Monitor and evaluate existing programs, modeling impacts of changes.
  • Partner with leaders, People Partners, and Recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and deliver training on compensation policies.
  • Collaborate on job descriptions, evaluations, and salary structures.
  • Work cross-functionally on compensation-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in global compensation management, preferably in tech.
  • Experience with job evaluation, market pricing, and program administration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and trends.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and manage multiple projects.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $174,400—$261,600 USD. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a culture of inclusion and well-being.
