Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Finance/FP&A with compensation exposure.
• Strong skills in compensation analysis, modeling, and benchmarking.
• Solid understanding of job leveling and salary structures.

Responsibilities

• Run annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles end-to-end.
• Conduct market pricing and maintain job architecture.
• Provide cost analyses, scenario modeling, and recommendations.
