Senior Manager, Communications

Join ServiceMaster Brands as the Senior Manager, Communications for ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Clean. You will shape communication and engagement strategies for our franchise networks and lead change management initiatives. As part of our centralized communications team, you will be a strategic advisor, managing North American communication activities from strategy to execution and measurement across channels. Collaboration with colleagues across functions is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement communication strategies and provide guidance on communication topics.
  • Enhance franchisee engagement through strategic communication plans supporting growth initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver impactful content, including executive communications, franchise network messaging, change management strategies, and proactive initiatives to strengthen franchisee relationships.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the Franchise Council.
  • Create influential executive presentations and support crisis communication efforts.
  • Optimize communication processes using tools and technology, and establish measurement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strategic communication planning skills aligned with organizational goals.
  • Understanding of business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in change management communication.
  • Ability to set measurable objectives, analyze data, and evaluate communication initiatives.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and digital communication skills, including content creation and SEO basics.
  • Knowledge of internal communications, visual design principles, project management, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency with communication tools and software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience; franchise experience is a plus.
Work Location

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County.

Compensation

The salary range starts at approximately $112,000 plus incentives, depending on skills and experience.
