Senior Manager, Communication Consultant

This communication consultant role is within the Tax-Exempt Market, under Fidelity Wealth. We support retirement plans for tax-exempt employers and their participants, working closely with Fidelity Workplace Investing. Our clients include healthcare, higher education, government, and faith-based organizations aiming to help people live better lives. Job Description

The role involves driving participant engagement through educational resources, marketing campaigns, tools, and workshops. You will help clients develop communication and education strategies aligned with their organizational goals and participant needs.

Qualifications
  • Experience in employee benefits communications and/or financial services preferred
  • Client consultation experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (or required within 90 days)
Responsibilities
  • Lead or participate in client meetings to review communication requirements, deliverables, and budgets
  • Develop strategies for effective communication, emphasizing digital channels
  • Manage creation and deployment of communications related to retirement plans and Fidelity products
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing insightful answers
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication strategies and high-quality service
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure campaign clarity and approval
  • Communicate operational updates to participants
  • Measure and report on communication effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA and DOL regulations for mailings
  • Estimate project costs and manage billing when applicable
  • Travel up to 25% as needed

Work Environment
