A growing commercial banking leader is looking for a Senior Commercial Loan Operations Manager to direct teams responsible for the full lifecycle of complex commercial transactions. This executive operational role oversees documentation, due diligence, funding, construction disbursement controls, and ongoing facility servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a specialized operations division overseeing commercial credit agreements, title/survey due diligence, boarding, and post-closing administration.
• Direct end-to-end construction loan administration, including budget balancing, inspection verification, title date-downs, mechanics' lien checks, and draw disbursements.
• Manage operational capacity, quality assurance, Maker/Checker workflows, and strict segregation-of-duties protocols.
• Interpret complex credit documents to ensure strict compliance with conditions precedent before authorising loan fundings.
• Serve as primary operations liaison for internal credit risk assessments, regulatory exams, and audit reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of commercial loan operations experience with a strong focus on complex CRE and construction lending administration.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership managing commercial loan processors, specialists, or closers.
