Job summary

Harrow is seeking a Manager, Commercial Analytics to own end-to-end reporting for the Commercial Operations team. You will build KPI dashboards, track territory performance, and analyze brand trends, reporting to the Sr. Director, Business Insights & Analytics.

The role partners with Commercial, Finance, and Market Access, supports incentive compensation cycles, ensures data quality, and mentors junior analysts as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial analytics, pharma/biotech preferred.
• Strong Power BI, DAX, and data modeling skills.
• Proficient in SQL with pharma data sources.
• Experience with KPI development and reporting to stakeholders.
• Background in ophthalmic or rare diseases preferred.
• Experience with hub or SP data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end commercial analytics reporting with KPIs and territory data.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards connected to Harrow data sources.
• Define KPI definitions with Commercial, Finance, and Market Access.
• Ensure QA and validation across all reports.
• Support IC design, administration, and reporting.
• Mentor and grow junior analytics team members.
• Partner with leadership to expand analytical capabilities.
