Job summary

PHI Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Systems & Training to lead enterprise clinical education and administrative systems. This role supervises Clinical Academy locations, designs curricula, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while integrating education with technology platforms and workflows.

The candidate will drive innovation in training, manage budget resources, and travel to PHI locations to maintain consistent standards and program effectiveness across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist or equivalent with current licensure.
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience; transport experience preferred.
• At least two years of management or leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Prior experience in clinical training and simulation is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a clinical or administrative discipline preferred.
• Excellent writing, speaking, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and manage budgets in a clinical education setting.
• Certification as a Healthcare Simulation required within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Clinical Academy locations and ensure consistent training delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic training curricula (initial and recurrent).
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance by maintaining records for audits.
• Coordinate with departments to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage budget and resources for the training department to optimize costs.
• Lead innovation in clinical education via new teaching methods and technologies.
• Oversee clinical technology platforms (LMS, QMS, training systems, publications).
• Travel to PHI locations to oversee training delivery and evaluations.
