Job summary

PHI Health, the leading air ambulance provider in the United States, seeks a Manager of Clinical Systems & Training to lead enterprise clinical education and administrative systems. You will oversee Clinical Academy locations, develop training curricula, and ensure regulatory compliance while integrating education with technology platforms.

The role requires coordinating with departments, managing budgets, and driving innovation in training and patient safety across PHI locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• RN, Paramedic, or RT with current state licensure
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience, transport preferred
• At least 2 years in clinical leadership or management
• Experience in clinical training and simulation is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Academy locations and training delivery
• Develop and implement initial and recurrent training curricula
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance for training
• Manage LMS, QM, training systems and digital publications
• Drive innovation in clinical education and evaluate training effectiveness
• Travel to PHI locations to oversee training delivery and evaluations
