We’re seeking a highly analytical, systems‑minded clinical operations leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. The role is ideal for someone who has lived inside complex healthcare workflows, understands where operational friction lives, and is energized by redesigning processes, building performance visibility, and automating what shouldn’t be manual. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will serve as a strategic partner to Clinical Ops leadership and be a driving force behind scalable infrastructure that supports trial execution excellence.
