The role emphasizes people management, vendor governance for IRT/RTSM, and continuous process improvement. You will mentor staff, shape data strategy, and deliver actionable insights that advance AbbVie's clinical development initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in clinical database design, data loading, and modeling; 9+ years in similar environment is acceptable.
• SAS and/or SQL programming skills demonstrated; knowledge of database concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of CDASH and SDTM Standards; understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Ability to influence others without direct authority; proven coaching/mentoring in matrix environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Oversee technology evaluations and implementations for performance improvements and cost reductions.
