Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical database design, data loading, and database modeling.
• SAS and/or SQL programming skills with strong data management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of CDASH/SDTM standards and clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams and vendor evaluations for performance improvements and cost reduction.
• Create and sustain an environment that attracts, develops and retains top talent.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and technology usage.
• Act as subject matter expert and process owner; supervise and allocate resources.
• Oversee performance management, recruitment, onboarding and development for staff.
