Job summary

Replimune Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Data Management to lead clinical data management across trials and programs. You will serve as the internal DM expert, drive process development, and mentor staff, overseeing CRO relationships and data quality enhancements.

The role offers flexibility to base in the Woburn office or work remotely, with hybrid expectations and light travel as needed to support program goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data management experience.
• Deep knowledge of clinical data management outsourcing with CROs and niche providers.
• Expertise in oncology data, endpoints, data flow, data integrity and data quality.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage DM activities in vendor proposals, budgets and scopes of work.
• Review protocols, SAP, IB, CSR and other study documents during development.
• Oversee DM vendor oversight at the study level.
• Lead internal DM study teams and ensure on-time data deliverables and milestones.
• Develop or improve DM SOPs and guidelines.
• Mentor DM staff and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
