Medcor is hiring a full-time LVN Clinic Manager in Moreno Valley, CA, in our employer-based occupational health setting. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with pay ranging from $29.00 to $31.00 per hour. Responsibilities include overseeing clinic workflows, logistics, scheduling, and operations, collaborating with client stakeholders, providing patient care, case management, RTW program support, and OSHA record keeping. The role involves working closely with outside medical providers.

Typical duties include:

• Managing health service functions and daily operations
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor Care Protocols
• Building internal team relationships
• Supporting onsite employee health and wellness initiatives
• Collaborating with client health, safety, HR, and benefits teams
• Documenting using electronic medical records
• Conducting pre-employment screenings and PATs
• Case management and OSHA record keeping
• Performing administrative duties

Requirements:

• Operational leadership skills for a clinic team
• Valid licensure and current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong computer and tech skills, familiarity with EMR software
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality and a passion for quality care
• Ability to have fun at work

Preferred: Relevant occupational health experience, emergency medicine or critical care background, experience working in a worksite clinic environment.
