The Director of Compliance is responsible for leading the company’s Ethics and Compliance Program and promoting a culture of ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company standards, and client contracts. This role develops, implements, and maintains internal controls designed to manage organizational risk and strengthen the company’s compliance environment. The Director also oversees compliance education across multiple locations and develops consistent, scalable processes for identifying, detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA), as well as managing third‑party risk activities.
Salary: $111,000-$140,000 This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
