Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Care Services to lead operations within the Minneapolis Men's Residential Program, ensuring a safe, recovery-focused environment and strong collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

You will oversee day-to-day client care operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives, while modeling MnTC's Culture of Honor and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervising residential care staff and coordinating programs.
• Experience with budgets, staffing, and operational planning.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, DHS requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated leadership with a Culture of Honor and client-centered care.
• Ability to manage crises and ensure safety in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to care staff.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development efforts.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across shifts.
• Ensure documentation, incident reports, and communications are complete.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, DHS background studies, and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with clinical, admissions, and program leadership to optimize client outcomes.
