Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering/analytics roles with ad measurement experience.
• 5+ years managing an analyst team.
• Strong technical skills in AWS, Snowflake, and Big Data environments; 5+ years SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to produce ad campaign measurement and client reporting.
• Coach the team to transform data into actionable analysis for sales teams.
• Oversee client-facing experimentation, including AB testing and Incrementality.
• Translate business requirements into SQL and Python for ad hoc analyses.
• Coordinate reporting automation with Product and Engineering teams.
