Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Channel Sales, Industrial Solutions drives growth via strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers in sectors like cabling, wiring, and manufacturing. This role involves designing and executing sales strategies, navigating complex partner organizations, and providing tailored training to contractors and industrial professionals. The position leverages industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and collaborates with BMS Marketing to implement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with distributors and reseller partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to promote profitable growth within the Industrial Solutions sector.
  • Navigate and influence complex partner organizations to adopt BMS mobile printing solutions.
  • Provide training and presentations tailored to contractors and industrial professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities using industry insights and develop actionable plans.
  • Coordinate with BMS Marketing on incentives, promotions, and growth strategies at the reseller level.
  • Manage or influence account reps supporting the channel and drive joint sales efforts with end-user customers.

Customer Engagement

  • Maintain onsite presence at reseller, contractor, and end-user accounts.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Participate in industry events showcasing the BMS portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: At least 8 years in technology sales, channel partner sales, or related fields, including 2+ years in AutoID or Mobility solutions. Proven quota-carrying sales experience in end-user environments and IT distribution.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Other Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; ability to penetrate complex organizations; strong market analysis and solution creation skills; customer-centric approach.

  • Remote position.
  • Salary range: $115,000-$130,000, with variable incentives based on performance.
