PM Human Capital Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its CFO Strategic Advisory practice in New York. You will work directly with senior leadership to deliver strategic finance and transformation engagements while shaping the practice, its solutions, and growth.

You will lead engagements, advise CFOs and senior stakeholders, and guide finance function assessments, process improvements, and ERP/digital finance initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory/consulting or corporate finance.
• Strong technical accounting skills and hands-on experience with close and financial reporting processes.
• CPA certification and audit experience preferred.

• Lead strategic finance and transformation engagements.
• Advise CFOs and senior finance leaders.
• Lead finance function assessments, process improvements, reporting and controls initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and business continuity projects.
• Participate in ERP and digital finance transformation initiatives.
• Manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead client meetings and executive communications.
• Mentor team members and develop repeatable advisory frameworks.
• Participate in proposals, solution design and practice development.
