Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in payroll, timekeeping, or workforce management.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with Kronos, payroll systems, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for centralized timekeeping, leave administration, payroll reconciliation, and workforce management for ~1,000 employees.
• Ensure accurate application of policies and compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing, controls, and system integrity across Kronos, PeopleSoft, and related systems.
• Develop dashboards and analyses to support planning, costs, and decision-making.
• Lead staff development and ensure continuity of CCU operations.
