LeoForce is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems & Continuous Improvement in Louisville, KY. The role leads in optimizing business systems, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing cloud migrations to ensure efficiency and strategic insight across the enterprise.

You will guide forecasting models, financial analytics, and executive reporting, while building a high-performance team and delivering data-driven solutions to stakeholders. A strategic, analytics-focused leader is key.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on business systems and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP implementation, database architecture, and cloud data platforms (Azure, Data Lake).
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboards, data visualization, and analytics management.
• Knowledge of data governance, executive reporting, forecasting models, and financial analytics.
• Leadership experience managing a team and delivering results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex data clearly.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward, making strategic decisions, and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems and processes to support business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the migration of our systems to the cloud, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and implement data governance strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and financial analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the creation of PowerBI dashboards and other data visualization tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet these needs.
• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
• Provide regular executive reporting, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to ensure our business remains competitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on business systems management and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience with ERP implementation, database architecture, Microsoft Azure, Azure, Big Data, and Data Visualization.
• Experience with PowerBI Dashboards, Synapse, margin analysis, and analytics management.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Migration.
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance, executive reporting, financial analytics, and forecasting models.
• Experience with enterprise reporting, Business Intelligence, digital transportation, and DataOps.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team and driving them to deliver exceptional results.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Cloud, SQL, Power BI, and Data Modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
• A strategic thinker, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
