Job summary

Jobtailor in Irvine is seeking a senior professional to oversee the reengineering and optimization of complex business processes across multiple systems and functions. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the specified area and evaluate functional requirements against business needs.

You will also serve as a liaison among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, guiding issue resolution and validating testing and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 10 years’ experience of previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
• Certification in related disciplines (e.g., CRM administration).
