Job summary

ABRAMS is seeking a Manager of Business Insights to partner with the Sales, publishing, and operations teams in New York. You will deliver financial reporting, forecasting and analytics to guide investments and strategy.

The role blends financial planning with consumer and market analytics, requiring strong modeling, data interpretation and leadership communication to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in business analytics, financial planning & analysis, or related finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with comfort presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and insights.
• Build/maintain financial models to evaluate title performance and account profitability.
• Partner with Finance during month-end close for leadership insights.
• Monitor sales trends, promotions and market drivers to identify risks/opportunities.
• Translate complex data into concise findings and dashboards for senior leaders.
