We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead data research, visualization initiatives, and modernize financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you’ll use data insights to inform decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize key operations, including ordering, payments, invoicing, and communication.
• Manage manual processes until automation is implemented.
• Design and oversee data analysis and business intelligence strategies to generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify patterns, optimize performance, and inform strategy.
• Develop methods for sourcing, validating, transforming data, and creating visualizations.
• Use graphical representations to clarify data concepts and ideas.
• Translate complex data into clear reports and visual stories for stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to provide data-driven insights into revenue, costs, and operations.
• Communicate with customers and partners regarding invoicing and financial queries.
• Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, martech, or IT, focusing on financial systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and derive business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients or customers is advantageous.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently with ownership.
