Location: United States | Remote

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Data Analysis and Processing to lead data research, visualization initiatives, and modernize financial systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will use data insights to drive smarter decisions and transform customer purchasing and invoicing processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to modernize operations including ordering, payments, and invoicing.
• Lead and maintain manual processes until automation is implemented.
• Design and manage data analysis and business intelligence strategies to analyze data, generate insights, forecast trends, and support decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns and optimize performance.
• Create data sourcing, transformation, validation, and visualization methods.
• Facilitate understanding through graphical data representations.
• Translate complex data into clear reports and visual stories for stakeholders.
• Partner with finance to provide insights into revenue, costs, and performance.
• Communicate with customers and partners regarding invoicing and financial queries.
• Monitor and refine analytical models for accuracy and impact.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, IT, or related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance, martech, or IT, focusing on financial systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and derive business value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients is a plus.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary ranges are influenced by skills, experience, and location. The minimum full-time salary is $95,000 - $105,000. This role may participate in an annual incentive program. For details, see the Employee Benefits Guide 2025.
