$133,300.00 - $219,100.00

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager- Brand Marketing to lead our brand strategy and execution efforts to support Bio-Techne’s portfolio of life sciences solutions. In this critical role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and execute brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and loyalty. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will develop and implement brand messaging, positioning and lead the creative execution of brand programs across all marketing channels. This role requires a visionary and inspirational leader where creative and analytical thinking comes naturally, and is able to translate customer insights into actionable brand marketing strategies and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness, demand, engagement and loyalty.
  2. Develop brand messaging and positioning across a broad range of portfolios aligned with corporate brand strategy.
  3. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, product marketing, sales, creative services, and analytics to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  4. Conduct market research and gather insights to track brand performance, customer needs, and market trends.
  5. Develop compelling brand-level content to drive engagement.
  6. Manage marketing budget and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to adjust strategies and programs for continuous improvement.
  7. Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and create new opportunities for growth.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with customers, customer-facing teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to enhance the brand’s visibility and reach.
  9. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, look, and voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or Biology, Biochemistry, Cell biology or related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, market development or related field.
  3. Experience within the life science industry, strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  1. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand marketing strategies across multiple channels such as web, digital marketing, social media and tradeshows.
  2. Excellent communication and customer-centric story-telling skills along the customer journey.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  4. Ability to lead direct and cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across geographies.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, and adept at leading without direct authority.
  6. Self-starter, motivator and influencer.
