Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager of BVA to lead the scaling of the BVA service, building processes, operating models, and repeatable workflows to support growth and operational excellence. You will partner with leadership to create scalable operations, define ownership, and drive improvements across the organization.

You will collaborate with AI Engineering to automate workflows, enhance the customer experience, and establish robust onboarding, training, and performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or related field.
• Experience leading people leaders (Managers/Team Leads).
• Proven ability to build and improve operational processes in growing environments.
• Experience using performance metrics and data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the BVA operation in collaboration with leadership.
• Develop processes, SOPs, ownership models, handoffs, and operating rhythms.
• Identify and simplify or redesign inefficiencies; ensure scalable solutions.
