CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Events & Industry Marketing for CVS Media Exchange (CMX) to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the events portfolio. You will shape how CMX shows up in the market and drive measurable brand and commercial impact.

You’ll manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and internal teams; develop content and sales enablement; coordinate with Corporate Communications and Legal; and deliver post‑event analysis to optimize future activations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Event Management, Communications, Retail Marketing, Media, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategic Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, development, and execution of CMX annual events calendar and activations.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and benchmark against key players to inform event strategy.
• Lead external and internal event production including budget, timelines, procurement, design, and travel.
• Prepare CMX presenters, scripts, visuals, and day-of timelines.
• Own sales enablement deliverables tied to events to drive pipeline and ROI.
• Deliver post-event analyses with insights and recommendations for optimization.
